The Village has a contract with B & F Construction Code Services, Inc. to provide building code plan reviews and related services. Building permits are issued by the Building Official at the Village Hall. B & F Construction Code Services, Inc. schedules and conducts inspections.

An Inspector from B & F Construction Code Services is on-site at the Village Hall on Wednesdays from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.

Please contact B&F directly to schedule the required marked inspections listed on the Building Permit Placard for all rough and finished construction.
